- Layout incorrect (upside down images)
- Poor quality stock, cuts and folds torn
- Too much negative space around designs
Action to be taken
- Use a good quality, matt stock which can still be folded
- Correct layout issues
- Use a bone fold to fold paper
- Increase design to fill space
